The retail park was built in Chęcińska Street in Małogoszcz, in the Świętokrzyskie Region. It is in an excellent location, attractive to both residents and passers-by, as it is situated adjacent to provincial roads. The facility is highly visible and easily accessible. The retail park is located next to a Biedronka discount store, which ensures the migration of customers within the development. Our facility has over 1000 m² of retail space. The tenants are two large chains: Pepco and Stokrotka. Next to the building, a car park was created, providing perfect conditions for customers. It offers approximately 40 parking spaces, including designated areas for the disabled.
