One of our projects is FUT Park, a retail park in Suchedniów with an area of approximately 5000 m². FUT Park is located in the vicinity of a Biedronka discount store, which guarantees the migration of customers within the development. The good location ensures a steady flow of customers, mainly from among the town’s residents, who can stock up on everyday essentials here. Among the tenants are well-known companies operating on the Polish market, such as: Rossmann, Pepco, Media Expert, Delikatesy Centrum and Świat Prasy. Investment projects such as FUT Park fit perfectly into the image of a growing town.
