Our focus is not only on the Świętokrzyskie Region, we are present throughout Poland. We constructed a retail park in Bytom, one of the largest cities in the country. The facility was built at the intersection of Alojzy Felińskiego and Stolarzowicka streets, in the Miechowice district. The park has an area of approximately 1700 m². The tenants are Pepco, Stokrotka and Rossmann. The facility’s advantage is undoubtedly its location – the building is placed in an area with a well-developed transport infrastructure. In addition, a large car park was created, providing perfect conditions for motorised customers. The project also takes into account the needs of people with disabilities. Specially designated spaces within the car park facilitate access to any chosen shop.
