We present the current status of works on the Sikorski Residence development:

• construction fencing of phase 2 has been completed,
• earthworks of phase 2 have started,
• reinforced concrete work continues on the pillars and internal and external walls within the B staircase at level -1,
• carpentry and reinforcement work on the ceiling over the underground car park within staircases A and B has begun.
