A new legend is born where history was made
In the 1970s, a symbol of Silesian courage and belief in dreams rose in Katowice. From concrete and vision, a constellation was created – the Walenty Roździeński Housing Estate, commonly known as the “Stars” – designed to elevate everyday life to a whole new orbit.
The complex consists of seven 23-storey towers, each rising 75 metres high, designed on an eight-pointed star plan and radiating outward like a cosmic structure.
The architects – Aleksander Franta, Henryk Buszko and Tadeusz Szewczyk – not only designed buildings, but proved that Silesia can dream boldly, without any inferiority to the world. Years later, at the Walenty Roździeński Estate, we are creating the New Star. We complete the cosmic composition and open an entirely new chapter of this story.

A one-of-a-kind rooftop terrace in Poland
At the very top of the building, a space will be created that goes beyond the boundaries of everyday life. Stellar Zone is a futuristic 400 m² rooftop terrace, designed as a cosmic path for explorers — a place unlike anything seen in Poland before.

A 150 m2 recreational space has been designed on the first floor. At its heart is a modern gym.

New Star is being developed on Bogucicka Street, directly next to a symbol of Silesian courage and belief in dreams — the Walenty Roździeński Housing Estate, widely known as the “Stars.” It is the same Zawodzie district, with the same urban energy and the same modernist boldness that, in the 1970s, propelled the concept of residential living into an entirely new orbit. This is an address that attracts not only through its symbolic significance, but also through everyday convenience. Universities, schools, kindergartens, and parks are all within a short walking distance, while the city’s key cultural and business destinations can be reached in around 10 minutes by car.

An architectural icon
The architecture of this development captivates like a constellation of perfectly designed forms — full of harmony, light, and a futuristic glow. The façade is clad in corrugated polished metal, giving it a distinctive sense of rhythm, lightness, and a futuristic character. The lower part of the building corresponds with the existing “Stars.” This is where retail and service spaces are located, along with two residential levels. The development impresses with its form — eight soaring arms arranged in an arc give the structure dynamism and a unique architectural expression.
